Kosmic Fireworks LLC operates as a fully licensed and insured fireworks provider. All displays are executed by trained professionals in accordance with NFPA standards, state laws, and local ordinances.

Clients must ensure the selected venue has appropriate permissions and space for fireworks. Our team will assist in verifying site suitability and obtaining necessary permits.

Under no circumstances should any non-employee attempt to handle or ignite fireworks associated with our services.

5. Weather & Event Delays

Fireworks displays are weather-dependent. In the event of inclement weather (rain, high winds, lightning) or unsafe conditions, Kosmic Fireworks reserves the right to delay, modify, or reschedule the display for safety reasons.

If a reschedule is required, we will work closely with you to find an alternate date or arrangement.

6. Intellectual Property
